Strength and conditioning take the fundamentals and make them more specific for performance sport. Integrating at the right time can elevate one into a new arena of training with challenges to test and assist adaptations on progress made. All methods tried and tested thoroughly by myself and have aided many a client to reach the next level.

Postural Analysis and Correction Advisor

Everybody tends to have some imbalances somewhere within their body. Whether it be genetic, habitual/occupational, injury caused or down to exercise with a lack of proper guidance, these imbalances can affect performance, aesthetics and even contribute to pains. Whilst resetting these differences is not always possible, offsetting some of the variations and symptoms is. A well-balanced plan, understanding the principles of how the body works and corrective steps to realign can make all the difference to your goals and more.

Exercise for Children

Children need exercise and perhaps more now than ever they need to move, break away from a screen and enjoy it. But their response to exercise stimuli is not the same as for adults and a programme will be very different from one to another depending on what age they are. This said, getting them to be active is the start, then having them move better is how they grow, whether it be for sport or just health.

For me fitness is not just a workout, it's about building a lifestyle that promotes health and makes fit choices part of our daily habits. One workout is not going to change much, but some discipline, hard work, great coaching, proven practice and continued efforts will. I always strive to think holistically and take all the uniqueness of each client into consideration in every plan and session to try to maximise output for all.
